Enjoy a December wine dinner at Marcel's by Chef Robert Wiedmaier, featuring Stags' Leap of Napa, California wines. First course enjoy charred bay scallops, potato and leek bisque, and osetra caviar. Followed by fennel poached sable with confit garlic, salsify puree, bacon, and balsamic shallot beurre blanc.
