An Elegant Affair at 2941 Restaurant -- On Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th, 2941 Restaurant will serve guests a special tasting menu, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. Priced at $125 per person with an additional $75 for wine pairings, Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel’s five-course menu will include dishes such as Handmade Burrata Ravioli with shaved black truffle and Parmesan cheese and steelhead caviar and Eco-friendly Farm Rose Veal with sweetbread, roasted artichoke, potato gnocchi and rosemary jus. On Valentine’s Day, Sunday, February 14th, the fine dining restaurant will only offer their special five-course tasting menu, priced at $125 per person without wine pairings and $200 per person including wine pairings. Guests will be offered choices within most courses and dishes will include Lobster Bisque with chicken oyster, piquillo pepper and shrimp, Japanese Sea Bass with coriander nage, mitsuba and green mango and Spice-crusted Lamb Loin with cilantro risotto, golden raisin and natural jus. Beer = Love: The beer-forward restaurant, Birch & Barley will be offering a dessert and beer pairing special all through the month of February. Enjoy a three-course dessert tasting menu created by Pastry Chef Tiffany MacIsaac and paired by Beer Director Greg Engert. The special tasting will be priced at $14 per person with an additional $10 for the beer pairing. The menu will change almost daily, but examples might include “Red Hot” ice cream & chocolate peanut butter tart.
