The team behind Ankara has just launched their latest concept: Ala. The new Levantine-cuisine establishment is dedicated to focusing on cooking with color and mixology as a whole. In terms of the menu, Ala is split into different categories: charcuterie, hot mezze, salads, spreads, sweets, and mengal (meaning from the fire). Standouts include fried haloumi, freekeh tabouleh, chard flatbread, and harissa hummus.
