A new extension of CUT DC, the steakhouse located in The Rosewood Hotel, has launched: Cakes by CUT. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Kieu-Ling Nguyen, the speacialty cake concept is whipping up a decadent assortment of cakes. Some special flavors in the Chocolate Praline Cake (chocolate cake with hazelnut praline and dark chocolate mousse), Strawberries & Cream Cake (vanilla sponge cake with Grand Marnier, strawberries and vanilla créme legere, and Spiced Carrot Cake (muscovado sugar and cream cheese icing). All orders must be placed three days in advance via Tock.
