A new ghost kitchen has just launched in the DC area; CODA by Nicholas Stefanelli. CODA comes inspired by Chef Stefanelli's food growing up coupled with his travels through Italy. Guests are able to savor creations like the Italian Panini (Mortadella, soppressata, coppa provolone romaine tomato onion oregano on a hoagie roll), Lasagna Verde (spinach pasta, bolognese ragu, tomato, besciamella, and parmigiano), and Arancino (sicilian rice fritter, veal ragu, provolone, peas, and carnaroli rice). Orders are now available from 4PM-9PM Wednesday to Sunday through the Winter season via Doordash, Ubereats, or pickup at the Mercato at Officina at the Wharf.
