The Roost, a new multi-use food and beverage hall from Neighborhood Restaurant Group, has opened up a new outpost: Yoko & Kota; led by infamous DC Chef Erik Bruner-Yang.  The new concept is dedicated to serving up a plethora of dumplings, noodles, and Chinese BBQ. The menu borrows influence from Yang's time spent growing up on the Yokota Air Base in Japan; and features dishes like pork wontons, crystal shrimp dumplings, pecking duck buns, and mushroom curry buns. Yoko & Kota is also allowing guests to make their own noodle dish with proteins including chicken and beef.
