Rubén Garcia will be opening the first concept under his own brand, Casa Teresa, this Fall. Named after his great grandmother, Casa Teresa will showcase his heritage and ancestral recipes. Casa Teresa will honor the open-fire kitchen traditions of Spain. Meals will be served family-style, with options such as fish and large-format grilled meats, as well as hyper-local vegetable dishes.
