Chef Peter Chang and his daughter Lydia Chang have announced they will be opening a new dual restaurant concept, Chang Chang, in Dupont Circle this Fall. This new 5,000 square-foot space located in the in Mai That's former location, will be a two-in-one restaurant with parallel dine-in and carryout services, which will function separately. There will be little to no overlap between the two operations. Chang-In, the full-service side of Chang Chang will offer a new take on seasonal modern Chinese cuisine, and Simon Lam will head the kitchen. Chang-Out will fetaure carryout and delivery options from Peter Chang's popular locations.
