Cheesetique's Jill Erber and Chef Cathal Armstrong will be opening Corso Italian in Arlington's The Village of Shirlington this December.  At Corso Italian, they will be cooking Italian classics to perfection, but with their own personality. Everyday you will see them making pasta in the front window, with everything at this new concept made with fresh ingredients. Menu highlights guests can get excited for are Italian-American classics like Chicken Vesuvio. The beverage program at Corso Italian will feature an all-Italian wine list as well as a cocktail menu featuring Negronis, Spritzes, and an Amaro bar. Guests can also get excited for a gourmet retail market in the front of the restaurant that features fresh pastas, sauces, Italian cheeses, and more. For more information, click here.
