The team behind acclaimed YUME Sushi will be expanding their footprint into D.C.  early next year with their newest concept KYOJIN by YUME in Georgetown. KYOJIN will feature a broader menu of Executive Chef and Co-Owner Chef Saran "Peter" Kannasute's sushi and omakase, along with spirit-driven cocktails and an extensive sake menu. Andrew Lamkin will lead the beverage menu at this 4,700 square-foot restaurant, where he will pull much of his inspiration for drinks from the kitchen. The space will seat up to 130 guests and feature a sushi bar and sake counter. Guests can also get excited for a reservation-only, omakase dining experience dubbed The Counter D.C. to open as an extension of the space in Spring 2023; For more information, visit their website here.
