Taj Sohal, DC's Youngest Restauranteur, will be opening a new food hall in the space formerly home to Glassey's in DC's Bloomingdale neighborhood this Winter. Mood Swings Food Hall understands the daily struggle of deciding where to eat when hunger strikes, so to satisfy everyone's cravings, Mood Swings will feature a new menu each month. Every month, Mood Swings will let the public vote on what kind of cuisine they would like, and Mood Swing's will announce the new menu, cocktails list, and events on the 1st of each month.
