Maria Helena Iturralde will be opening her new concept, Saya Salteña, this Summer in Downtown DC. Guests can get excited for a variety of Bolivian street foods such as Pukacapas, Sopa de Mani, Sandwich de Chola, and of course its name sake: Salteñas. Desserts and single origin Bolivian coffee from Iturralde's family plantation will also be offered. Originally operating out of a stall in Mess Hall, this will be the first brick and mortar location of Saya Salteña. The first 50 guests at Saya Salteña on opening day will receive a free Salteña.
