Tipsy Scoop will be opening its first location outside of New York in the nation's capital, with the impending opening of a location in DC's Chinatown neighborhood this Fall. Tipsy Scoop is known for their boozy ice cream empire, featuring flavors such as Dark Chocolate Whiskey Salted Caramel, Cake Batter Vodka Martini, Mango Margarita Sorbet, and more. Locals can get excited for a flavor unique to just the new DC location, Cherry Blossom Vodka Ice Cream, made with DC's own Republic Restoratives Civic Vodka.
