Pioneering, award-winning pastry Chef Pichet Ong returns to Hill Center to lead a hands on class that will feature baking with vegetables. On September 10th, participants will make three recipes that mark the end of summer and beginning of fall, whipping up different types of pastry and highlighting the sweeter notes of vegetables like parsnip, beets, squash eggplant and onion.
