Raise a glass to the holiday season with the return of ThinkFoodGroup’s Sparkling Festival. Launching Friday, November 26th and running through Sunday, December 12th, José Andrés’ restaurants-- including Zaytinya, Oyamel, China Chilcano, Spanish Diner and Jaleo-- will feature festive specials including sparkling cocktails and flights, carefully curated bottles, and special menu pairings. Each restaurant developed its own unique menu reflective of global perspective, from Zaytinya’s Metaxa and cava cocktail with lemon, greek honey, mint and a touch of aged vinegar; to Spanish Diner’s “A Tres Bandas” with Cava, Torres 10 brandy, Xoriguer gin de mahon and lemon. Prices vary with sparkling cocktails starting at $12 and flights starting at $15. At participating José Andrés’ restaurants November 26th through December 12th.
