District Sounds Festival at The Wharf

District Coalition is proud to announce the second annual District Sounds Festival now at its new home, The Wharf, on Saturday, April 18. from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., District Sounds brings together the local community, DC public school students and artists from across the globe for a day of unexpected collaborations, genre-bending performances, and great food and drinks along Washington's premier waterfront venue.
