Red Bull Spin Off DC 2026

Red Bull Spin Off DC brings a one-of-a-kind, high-energy tandem bike competition over water to the nation’s capital on Saturday, June 27, 2026, kicking off Fourth of July festivities as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebrations. Inspired by Europe’s Red Bull Stalen Ros series, teams of two will design, build, and race custom tandem bikes across a floating obstacle course, combining creativity, showmanship, and athleticism.

Participants are judged on creativity, showmanship, and race time, with a course featuring balance challenges, narrow pathways, and other dynamic elements designed to test both engineering and performance. The event is free for spectators and is expected to draw thousands along the Washington Channel at The Wharf.
