Cheesetique Online Class October: It's All Gouda

On Thursday, October 30th at 7 p.m., Cheesetique Del Ray will host a virtual class led by the beloved “Cheese Lady” Jill Erber. This one-hour experience invites participants to explore the world of Gouda, one of the most cherished cheeses globally. Guests will trace its fascinating history while tasting a range of styles aged from 2 to 18 months, featuring artisan selections from Farmdal and Kaasfort producers. Each kit, serving two to four people, includes five distinct Goudas — from Farmdal Young to Kaasfort with Cumin — and may be paired with an optional bottle of Micro-Cosme Rouge by Château de St. Cosme, a vibrant red blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir.
