Celebrate Earth Day with a one-night-only sustainable seafood dinner at Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Hosted as part of the Masters of Food & Wine series in partnership with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), this exclusive event focuses on responsibly sourced wild catch and sustainable dining practices.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception before moving into a four-course dinner prepared by Jean-Claude Plihon, Director of Culinary & Food & Beverage, and Blue Duck Tavern’s Chef de Cuisine Andrew Cleverdon. The menu highlights seasonal, ingredient-first dishes emphasizing fisheries committed to long-term ocean health, showcasing thoughtful technique, clean flavors, and expressive presentations. Each course is paired with carefully selected wines to enhance the seafood-driven menu.
