Tiger Fork & Hi-Lawn Present 3rd Annual “Spring Night Market”

Tiger Fork and its sister rooftop bar Hi-Lawn will once again join forces for their 3rd annual Spring Night Market on Thursday, May 14, transforming the rooftop atop Union Market and the Dock5 event space into a vibrant Hong Kong-inspired festival celebration in honor of AAPI Heritage Month. Guests can explore an energetic lineup of food stalls from acclaimed local restaurants and guest chefs including Chai Pani, Canton Disco, Love, Makoto, Daikaya, China Chilcano, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, and more, alongside artisan pop-up shops, cultural performances, lion dancing, DJs, family-friendly activities, and interactive experiences throughout the evening. Festivalgoers can also enjoy a dedicated Baijiu + Sake Bar with complimentary tastings, themed cocktails, beer, wine, and more available for purchase.
