Award-winning chef Juan Manuel Barrientos has announced the official opening of his barra/bar at the restaurant Elcielo. A concept based on the DC Happy Hours, just a bar with 8 chairs where the Colombian fruits, some Latin American spirits, even the neuroscience are applied to create cocktails.
