Chef’s Table Centrolina X Lilith one-night-only collaborative dinner

Centrolina’s 2026 Chef’s Table Series returns on Wednesday, March 18, with a one-night-only collaborative dinner featuring Chefs Jamilka Borges and Dianne DeStefano of Lilith, alongside Chef Amy Brandwein of Centrolina. This intimate Chef’s Table experience takes place in Centrolina’s private chef’s salon, where the chefs will cook directly for guests and present a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting menu, with an optional wine pairing available.
