Fall Reset at The Satire

The Satire is hosting a Fall Reset. You can partake in a 30-minute Pilates class, followed by a 30-minute sound bath. The experience begins with a reformer class at Lalita Method. Through intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and full-body strength, you will leave class feeling energized, grounded, and ready to slow down. After movement, there will be a high protein chia pudding tasting with Chia Craze. From there, the event will transition to the hotel's beautiful private cinema for an immersive sound bath from Su + Soul. Guided by soothing frequencies and restorative sound, this experience invites you to fully unwind, regulate your nervous system, and settle into a deep state of relaxation.
