From Sound to Sense: Japanese × Mexican Dining Experience

On March 19, 2026, Vera Cocina & Bar partners with Suntory for From Sound to Sense, a one-night Japanese × Mexican multi-sensory dining experience. From 6:00–8:00 PM, guests can enjoy a public sound bar activation featuring curated soundscapes and welcome cocktails, including a Japanese whisky highball and a mezcal-forward drink. From 8:00–10:30 PM, the evening transitions into an intimate, ticketed four-course dinner with limited seating, where each course is paired with whisky or mezcal. The immersive experience incorporates cherry blossom-inspired visuals, UV-lit menus, aromatic citrus oils, smoke and herbal sprays, and an interactive tea-and-salt blending ritual for guests to take home.
