Grand Cata is hosting an extraordinary pre-holiday masterclass featuring two legends of South American winemaking, Edy del Popolo and David Bonomi. After decades crafting iconic vintages for Susana Balbo and Bodega Norton, Edy and David launched PerSe-a passion project devoted to uncovering the purest expression of Mendoza's terroir. They will guide you through an intimate tasting centered on the renowned Monasterio vineyard in Gualtallary's Uco Valley.
