Online Class: Luck Of The Irish

Talk about luck—Cheesetique's next cheese class takes place on St. Patrick's Day. Join the Cheese Lady Jill Erber live to explore the history of Irish cheese making while tasting some very special selections from Irish artisans, along with a fantastic rosé. Your class kit includes five cheeses; gooey cooleeney gortnamona goat brie, sea-infused carrigaline dillish seaweed, tomme-style shepherd's store, washed-rind gubbeen, and light-as-air cashel blue. For pairing, you'll add Sheridan's brown bread crackers and a traditional Crunchie candy bar. Your ticket includes the access to the virtual class and a class kit that serves two to four people. $59.99 per class kit. Wine available as an add-on for $24.99 per bottle. Pick up available Tuesday, March 16th and Wednesday, March 17th. Keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class. The class will be live and virtual at 5:30 p.m. on March 17th.
