Philly Soul-Food Scene: Past, Present, and Future
Join the three-part series from slavery in kitchens to 2021 pop-ups and urban farmers. You will talk about geographic origins, agricultural influences, food injustices and culinary achievements with a particular focus on the role of Black women in creating and nurturing the legacy which evolved in modern soul cuisine in Philadelphia.
