Taste America: Washington, D.C. James Beard Foundation

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America: Washington, D.C. returns to the nation’s capital with an extraordinary evening at Centrolina, presented by Capital One. This national dining event brings together celebrated chefs and passionate diners to honor the strength and spirit of independent restaurants across the country. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal by TasteTwenty chefs Matt Conroy and Isabel Coss of Pascual, alongside Centrolina’s own Chef Amy Brandwein—an acclaimed James Beard Award nominee and leader in culinary innovation. Each dish will reflect the chefs’ unique styles while showcasing the vibrant culinary landscape of Washington, D.C. The event includes wine and beverage pairings with each course.
