St V hosts its Third Annual Lundi Gras Party on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 5:00–10:00 pm. Guests can celebrate with Mardi Gras beads, hurricanes, and brassy, funk-filled live music from the Joe Brotherton Trio. Chef Joel will serve a special Cajun-inspired menu for the night, creating a lively, joy-filled evening designed to shake off the winter blues.
