Truffle Hunt and Tasting

The Green Tables Committee partners with Virginia Truffles for a private immersive truffle experience. Guests will gather at the truffière with a bonfire and seasonal beverage before heading out with trained truffle dogs to hunt for Black Périgord truffles. The afternoon continues with a chef-led tasting of truffle hors d’oeuvres, a sparkling toast, and expert tips on cooking with truffles, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at the truffle lab. Fresh truffles harvested that day will be available for purchase. Tickets are $100 per person, and the event is open to Dames and their guests.
