Yellow x Kasama: One-Day Only Collaboration
417 Morse Street NE
Yellow is teaming up with Kasama, the Michelin-starred Filipino restaurant and bakery from Chicago, for a one-day-only collaboration at Yellow Union Market. Led by husband-and-wife duo Chefs Tim Flores and Genie Kwon, Kasama has made a name for itself in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village with a modern Filipino tasting menu served from a neighborhood bakery. Since opening in 2020, the restaurant has become one of the most talked-about dining destinations in the country and the first Filipino restaurant in the world to earn a Michelin star. For this special event, Yellow and Kasama will offer an exclusive menu featuring a coconut sap–sweetened ube latte, a truffle croissant with Délice de Bourgogne cheese and honey, a buttery ube and huckleberry Basque cake, and breakfast sandwiches served two ways—one with hash brown, egg, and cheese, and another with longanisa, hash brown, egg, and cheese. Also on the menu is a savory mushroom adobo hummus with soy-braised mushrooms. The collaboration menu will be available for one day only, until sell-out at Yellow Union Market. Walk-ins only.
