Guests will learn how to work with bitters and oleo saccharums while tasting 4–5 thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic cocktails, paired with bites from Hank’s happy hour menu. Participants will also create their own oleo saccharum and receive take-home kits to recreate the featured drinks at home.
