Lamb Jam Month celebrates the culinary creativity of chefs across the country and supports family-operated farms and ranches that are raising sheep in the U.S. In May, chefs in DC will run a small plate on their menu featuring American lamb and compete for the title of Lamb Jam Master of their city.
