Founder Rob Gresham has opened a second Montgomery County location of his ISAAC’S Poultry Market at  the Burtonsville Crossing Shopping Center. ISAAC’S Poultry Market specializes in made-from-scratch roasted chicken, wings, chicken sandwiches, salads, and frozen custard. Everything is certified Halal and about 90% of the menu is gluten free. This 1710 square-foot fast-casual restaurant with a “beach house and farm house”  vibe. There is seating for 28 people however most meals ordered for carry out.
