Chef Peter Chang has opened his 12th location of his Peter Chang restaurant in Herndon’s Arrowbrook Shopping Center. The restaurant features a tapas-style menu, highlighting smaller, shareable plates—a departure from traditional banquet-style dining. The menu features signature dishes alongside newer fare such as Steamed BBQ Pork Bao, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, and Wanzhou Broiled Branzino, plus vegan dishes like Scallion Pancakes, Spicy Dry Fried Eggplant, Vegan Spicy Dan Dan Noodle, and more. A full-service bar will serve a list of baijiu cocktails. Peter Chang Herndon is open Monday - Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
