Celebrated chef, restaurateur, and television personality Gordon Ramsay has debuted Street Burger, his high-energy, flavor- forward burger concept, in the US (on the lower level of Street Pizza) for the first time. At this new location, Ramsay is introducing a new style of burger to the global Street Burger menu: premium American-style smash patties. The menu, largely exclusive to the DC launch, showcases Ramsay’s take on regional favorites with his signature precision and flair. At the heart of Street Burger’s US menu are chef-crafted burgers, featuring a premium five-ounce smash burger patty prepared with hand-selected beef, vibrant toppings, and Ramsay’s signature sauces. Each burger order includes a side of fries, with the option to substitute sweet potato fries. Menu highlights include the O.G.R., Hell’s Kitchen Burger, Truffle Burger, and more.
