Sushi by Bou, the popular micro restaurant concept known for revolutionizing the omakase experience, has opened its newest location at the top of the citizenM DC Capitol hotel. This new intimate restaurant is an immersive disco-themed playground that serves signature high-quality omakase menus crafted by Chef David Bouhadana. The restaurant’s sushi chefs expertly guide guests through a thoughtfully curated 60-minute omakase journey designed to be accessible. Guests can relax as the chefs handpick their menu, selecting either a 12-course sustainable fish menu ($60) or a 17-course "Bou-gie" upgrade ($100), which includes the classic 12 courses in addition to five seasonal dishes. Some highlights include hamachi, botan ebi, ikura, and much more. Free-flowing sake, inventive cocktails, and mochi for dessert are also featured at Sushi by Bou. Sushi by Bou is open Wednesday - Sunday from 5:00 - 11:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. For more information, click here.
