Chef and restaurateur Tim Ma, alongside managing partner Simon Atapan, Culinary Director Pablo Catalan, and Executive Chef  Mai Newman have opened a new restaurant, Sushi Sato, on H Street. The all-you-can-eat sushi experience serves sushi offerings ranging from $200 omakases to conveyer belt operations. Sushi Sato’s first floor features a full sushi bar display with seating for six or an intimate five seat cocktail bar offering an immersive experience for guests to the art of sushi craftsmanship. Beyond a wide range of a sushi offerings, the kitchen also serves up dishes rooted in Asian ingredients and transformed into delightful creations. The beverage program includes a range of sake, beer, and wine, as well as a selection of specialty cocktails. Sushi Sato is open Sunday - Thursday from 4:30 - 10:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4:30 - 11:00 p.m. For more information, visit their website here.
