It’s that time again! Beaujolais Nouveau is about to drop, as it does every third Thursday in November. The wine world raises a glass to the year’s very first sips of the new harvest. Young and fruity, this Gamay-driven “race to the bottle” has grown from a little French tradition to a full-on global party. Here in the DMV, we know how to celebrate.
