The Michelin Guide announced new additions to the New York, Chicago and Washington, DC list of restaurants - Eight new restaurants in New York, six in Chicago and five in Washington, DC.
These establishments are highlighted as “New” on guide.michelin.com as a way to offer the latest in good eats to Michelin devotees. No star or bib-gourmand distinction is given at this time they are simply considered recommended. The six additions include:
-Almeda, Caribbean cuisine by Chef Danielle Harris
-Balos Estiatorio, Greek cuisine
-Mita, Latin American Vegetarian Cuisine by Chefs Tatiana Mora and Miguel Guerra
-Moon Rabbit, Vietnamese Cuisine by Chef Kevin Tien
-Omakase at Barracks Row, Japanese Cuisine by Chef Yi "Ricky" Wang
