Starters include yellow lentil nask soup or pakowra (crispy vegetables), followed by sauteed chicken with tomatoes, yellow split peas, and dried plums or beef kofta in an herbed tomato sauce. Sides include spiced basmati rice and a cucumber tomato and red onion salad.
