19 Annual Paella Festival At Jaleo

Jaleo invites yo0u to celebrate the culture and flavors of Spain with the country's most iconic dish at its 19th annual Paella Festival. Jaleo in Penn’s Quarter and Crystal City are offering special paella developed by Jaleo's chefs and paella experts from around the world, sommelier-selected Spanish wines, and craft cocktails that make the perfect paella pairings, and fun, flavorful recipes for celebrating at home. Paellas, each with an optional sommelier-selected Spanish wine pairing,  include: arroz verde de verduras , green rice with seasonal late summer vegetables;  arroz meloso de cordero, meloso rice with braised lamb; arroz negro con rape y gambas, black rice with monkfish and head-on shrimp; fideua de mar y montana, fideua style paella with chicken, Ibérico pork, squid and head-on shrimp.
