A Night at the Borderlands: Chef’s Tasting & Cookbook Dinner

An exclusive culinary experience awaits at A Night at the Borderlands, a one-night-only chef’s tasting and cookbook dinner hosted by Chef Gabe Erales and James Beard Award–winning author Hank Shaw.

Taking place on Thursday, July 17, 2025, the evening will feature a curated multi-course menu inspired by Shaw’s latest cookbook, Borderlands, which explores the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the Southwest and Northern Mexico.
