Join The Hay-Adams for An Evening with Ruinart on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. This intimate pairing dinner unites The House of Ruinart—the first established House of Champagne, founded in 1729—with The Hay-Adams’ celebrated culinary team. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal designed by Executive Chef Nicolas Legret, accompanied by Ruinart brand educator Rich Buchanan, who will guide the tasting and celebrate the nuances of Ruinart’s most iconic cuvées.
