Beuchert’s Saloon 8th Anniversary Menu

Beuchert’s Saloon marks Its 8th anniversary with a three-course carryout menu offered out of Fight Club. The menu will feature classic dishes from the Beuchert's era paired with fan favorite cocktails from the Capitol Hill restaurant and bar’s drink list. March 15th marks the 8th anniversary of Beuchert’s Saloon, Chef Andrew Markert’s Capitol Hill restaurant that is now operating as Fight Club during the coronavirus pandemic. To mark the bittersweet milestone, Fight Club will be offering a three-course menu for one ($70) or two ($130) full of classic dishes from the Beuchert’s era from March 15th through 17th. Pairings of beloved Beuchert’s cocktails and wine from beverage director Mackenzie Conway will also be available for an additional charge.
