The Italian Academy of Cuisine, invites guests to celebrate the historic milestone of Italian cuisine being recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. This celebration will take place on Thursday, March 19th at 7:30 p.m.
at Stellina, in the lively Union Market neighborhood.

For this special occasion, three outstanding chefs will create a menu designed to represent the wonderful culinary diversity in Italy, celebrating the flavors, regions, and traditions that make Italian cuisine unique in the world.
