Chef’s Table with Chef Amy Brandwein & Chef Fernando González of 2Fifty Texas BBQ at Centrolina

Chef Amy will welcome Chef Fernando Gonzalez of 2Fifty BBQ for a four-course dinner at 6:30’p.m., bringing together Centrolina’s Italian cooking and Fernando’s approach to Texas barbecue. The collaborative menu includes dishes like Stuffed Calamari with Fagioli Neri, Guanciale and Relajo Crunch; Tajarin with Mariscos all’Aglio Bianco; and Chef Fernando’s Brisket and Pork Spare Ribs, followed by Burnt Fruit with Crema Batida for dessert. Seating is limited to 26 guests at two communal tables in Centrolina’s Chef’s Salon, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation. Tickets cost $150 per person.
