Culinary Showcase at Bourbon Steak DC

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC kicks off its fourth annual Wine & Dine celebration with an unforgettable Culinary Showcase at Bourbon Steak DC from 6–10 PM. This immersive evening will feature live chef action stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, and expertly curated wine and spirit tastings—all in support of cancer research at MedStar Health. Guests will have the rare opportunity to mingle with an all-star lineup of culinary icons, including David Burke, the James Beard Award–nominated chef celebrated for his inventive American cuisine; Antonia Lofaso, acclaimed restaurateur and Top Chef alum; Michael Mina, the award-winning celebrity chef and event host; and Quentin Welch, Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak DC.
