Eaterland Cookbook Event Celebrating Maryland Chefs at The Wildset Hotel
209 N Talbot Street, St. Michaels, MD
The Wildset Hotel in St. Michaels is hosting an author discussion for the newly-published Eaterland cookbook from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. The Maryland chapter of the book spotlights two very local dishes — Chef Michael Correll's She-Crab Soup from Ruse (written up by Tim Ebner, food and travel writer for The Washington Post, Eater, and Bon Appétit), and Smith Island Cake from Amanda Cook-Pilkerton of nearby Tilghman Island Baking Co. Both will be in conversation with Missy Frederick, Eater's Editorial Director, at the event. It's held in The Milk Truck Garage at The Wildset Hotel, with light bites from Ruse, cocktails available for purchase, and a copy of the cookbook included for every guest.
