Indulge in truffled pike quenelle in Nantua sauce paired with 2019 Château Peyrat Blanc. Pair Marcho Farms veal tenderloin with shiitake mushrooms and Bordelaise sauce. Enjoy truffle-crusted beef tenderloin with pommes boulangère and Brussels sprouts.
